Dr. Roland Trujillo BA, MS, Doctor of Pastoral Psych, 20 year grad school instructor is the author of Santa's Take on Parenting, and also My Daughter Does Not Want to Clean Her Room: a Handbook for Parents and Kids.

Dr. Trujillo is a tutor consultant and home education consultant. A scholar and practitioner in the fields of both pedagogy and androgogy, he is an advocate for and expert in lifelong learning.

Today Dr. Trujillo devotes his time to writing and consulting. His weekly advice radio program has aired for 22 years in various markets around the United States. Soon 2 million people will have listened to Roland's lectures on the radio.

He has a lot to say on parenting. His most recent book Santa's Take on Parenting is an innovative parent education book designed to be a take home resource for counselors, therapists, and professionals who work with families to give to their clients.

On the academic side, he was a National Honor Society student and received multiple academic scholarship offers. He earned his BA in French, then an MS in Human Relations, two years of Doctoral studies in Public Administration, and now he has earned a Doctorate in Pastoral Psychology.

He taught graduate MBA courses in management, leadership, ethics, human resources management and strategic planning for 20 years. Dr. Trujillo also served as Director of the Undergraduate School of Business Administration at Armstrong College in Berkeley.
Roland enjoyed a fine corporate career including Manager of Intermodal Pricing for a major U.S. steamship company. He also served on the Board of Directors of a successful Credit Union.
